The hours are referenced on the ticket.
They are correctly summed up on corresponding project, but on real work allocation, it is considered as "not planned work"
You can change this selecting "Planning activity" for the ticket.
This will link the ticket to the activity.
Both tickets are not planned type (So, all my tickets in my projects are not planned type) and I saw only one with this behavior. They are not planned type in my default list. I do not think it's useful to add "Planned Ticket" in the list of types. Projeqtor does not recognize that, like any others type value of ticket that I can create, it is simple a text.
The help documentation say : Tickets : A ticket is a kind of task that can not be unitarily planned. Is not that exactly why the ticket is interresting, right? Following small unplanned tasks on a project or activity .I don't see the logic or any benefit of having an unplanned ticket disassociated from the parent project or parent activity when it's moment to put time. I see only disadvantages.
Can'you explain me?
Thank you.

You're right : ticvkets cannot be planned. Just because you don't know them at project start.
But in some cases, you can plan some activity that will be to manage tickets.
This works fine for Support activities, Maintenance Activities, Waranty activities, ...
You can estimate at project start the time you'll spend on these tasks, and so book some time for resources.
And on thoose activity, you receive requests as tickets.
In ProjeQtOr, you can link Tickets to these planned activities so that :
- ticket is linked to the activity
- time spent on tikcet is subtracted from left work on activity
- all tickets are summed up on the activity
I still do not understand why a ticket, comes in a non-assigned total under imputation. Would not it be more intuitive to add a "unassigned" line under the project rather to add a line without information at the top of the imputation. Because it may require us to create an activity only to instruct a ticket if no activity matches,. I think making the ticket less powerful.
But, I understand what you explain.
I will always put Activity in my ticket.
