Impossible with 135 old dépendent elements :)
The best choice would have been : closed old functions on profile of resources.

Easy with Export / Import ;)

No, closing will avoid to use these item, but if they are used, they are used.
We must not want to "reset" these values 'cos in most case it's not what is expected, and in this case we cannot as the field is mandatory B)

These items (function) are not used now and the projects associated with these old functions are closed.
If, i delete this old functions on the old projects closes after my history will be wrong :(

In fact, i would like keep old history in closed and restart with : new projects / new functions / new costs.

That's why you cannot delete them, just close them...

In fact, i would like keep old history in closed and restart with : new projects / new functions / new costs.

Just close functions, you won't be able to use them on new projects...
(NB : you may have to disconnect / reconnect to reflect changes after closing functions)
