I'm trying to export the list of tickets with the ID column to CSV. On the Export to CSV menu, I select all columns and click export.
The result CSV contains all columns but NOT the "Ticket ID" column. When I do it to PDF, this column does export correctly.

No, as long as I know, this is restricted to your instance.

Your instance is highly customized (fields not existing in standard, id moved out of first place).
So possibily this customization has, in some way, set id as not exportable (this does not concern pdf printing, which is not export).
Check with your admin.
