Hello,

We've recently updated Projeqtor to latest stable version with success. A new feature was the "Generation of alerts if real work is not entered" which is great and reminds every resource to fill their timesheets on time but I would like to implement some restrictions/exceptions for a few resources. Some resources (Directors, Partners, Managers, etc) are not obligated to fill their timesheet and I would like to avoid to send these e-mails to them. Do I have a feature in Projeqtor to be able to select resources that I don't want for them receive mails from this feature?

Just don't give them access to Timesheet screen.
This will avoid sending these alerts.

In "Access Rights" -> "Access to Forms" menu right? I will need to group them inside the same profile and would like to avoid that.

It's not possible to remove the access user/resource individually?

EDIT: Alternatively, is it possible to set a user to not receive mails at all?

No, it can be defferent profiles, but none will have access to the screen.
