[Ticket] prevent user to mistake to change the content made by creator

If you displaying as readonly by default, noone will be able to enter date in the description

This cannot be done on standard version.
With our screen customization plugin, you can define that the field will be readonly :
- either for given profiles
- or for given status (then you can for instance define that it can be changed only when status is recorded, and becomes readonly after)
