I installed ProjeQtOr for testing.
I tried to follow the installation instructions as defined in readme.txt (aka unzip the downloaded archive in my server folder) but when trying to log in I get the error message ~"incorrect credentials" ("Paramètres de connexion incorrects" in French).
V7.3.3 (last stable) on a local server with php-5.6.18 and mysql-5.7.11 (OS Win7pro).
On the configuration page I almost only changed the mysql passwd and the locale.
The log file finishes with these lines :

But in phpMyAdmin I can see the admin user in the resource table...

Can you explicit instazll / config steps
Here is what you should have done :
- unziped files
- go to yourhost/projeqtor
- enter values in configuration field, then click OK
- see all config checks (all green ?), then click again on OK
- have login page, connect as admin / admin, wait a bit until migration message displayed (green message ?)
- Connect again as admin / admin...
If this is waht you did, please post content of projector log file and apache error log file.

Thank you for your reply, I finally found my problem :
Analyzing the installation log I noticed it was interrupted during the installation, I think I didn't wait enough during this phase and clicked or refreshed the page before the installation finished.
during a fresh new attempt I left in peace my computer and the database creation finished well... in almost 20 minutes. I strongly suggest to warn the users that this first creation can be really long (file readme.txt / paragraph Configuration / line "...database will be automatically updated").
Thank you babynus for your replay, and all the community for your work on this promisind project (I still need more effort to get the best of it, I can't assure for now that i will use it for real)
