Add planned due date to email template for action

Hi

I have managed to get an email template to work for when the status of an action changes from Recorded to Assigned.

However I should like to communicate the due date of the action in the email

I have tried ${plannedduedate}, ${updatedenddate} ${PlannedDueDate} and ${UpdatedEndDate} I am assuming since this displays in the action it is possible to do this. However I don't seem to be able to find anywhere in help or else where to identify the field, syntax should be for the command. Can anyone help. Or tell me how to get to the library of field codes for an action or any other element. (activity, risk, issue etc.)

Thanks

Bev

Hello Beverley,

You can use ${initialDueDate} for get initial due date of action and ${actualDueDate} for planned due date of action.

this feature will be updated in future version 7.4.0
i hope it will help you.

regards.
