Access Mode - Create Rights fails

I have detected a posible error when working to configure my "Project Member" profile with the following rights

Access Modes -> I have modified Updater Mode in the create rights to reflect: create rights = Elements he is responsible for
Access to Data (project dependant) -> I have changed the Project Member rights to Activities as Updater.

After submiting and disconnecting the user, then sign in again. The user (with Project Member profile) is not able to create a new Activity. The screen is completely disabled.

I wonder why it is possible to set "Elements he is responsible for" in the "create right" column when it has no sense? Shouldn't be filtered out?
Anyway, what I want to do, is it to give Project Member the ability to create his own tasks to himself, I mean, not to others member but just for him. That way, he coud work in his own kanban and not switching from Projeqtor to other tools just to have a way to manage his work.
This tasks created by him, could not be necessary planned so it is not a nightmare to the Project Manager. But this would be a new feature I understand.

To summarize. I need the project memeber to create task to himself, to one specific project he is involved in and not to any other. Is this possible?
