1) "Projects of organization and its sub-organizations" shows closed projects as "Is not visible"
2) A button to show/hide closed projects like in the "Projects" view would be helpful in "Projects of organization and its sub-organizations"

3) Assigned "Manager" of a department can't see the projects, which are assigned to the departement (Manager is a resource to the Department)
3) Access rights are project based, on allocated resources, so this won't be possible.
4) In general: assigned Manager of a project can only see and choose the project if he is a resource of the project. (Is that normal?)
4) Yes, manager does no have rights unless he is assigned to hte project. Only allocation can give right : you define here the profile of allocation to specify rights
5) How can a profile be configured to see all the projects of his team or departement without beeing a resource of the project?
Like that some teammebers/managers could get updates on other projects (which may have dependencys)

6) In the new design the "Organization" can only be accessed via listed link in Parameters (e.g. Projects show parameter "Organzation" but not anymore direct from Home tree
In the old design it was below the "Tickets dashboard"
6) Yes, and also ticket dashboard was removed from the tree. Idea is to keep only "today" menu on root, all others are groups of menus.
It is now so easy to search and find a menu, and to add it as favorite, that it's not necessary to keep this item at root, moreover knowing that only few users use this notion, and so they would have not used menu at root level
