Upgrade to 10.3.0

This morning on test database, we try to upgrade to 10.3.0 but we have trouble ... say admin need to log to upgrade ... classic 
but when we log ... always stay in Loading ... since more tha

sorry send to fast ...
I was saying that it stay in loading .... all the time ... ???
