Hello,
I tried to find a similar topic here but couldn't find it, sorry if the question has already been asked. My system does not send emails to users. If I do the test procedure I get the email but if I create a new account or want to send an email to an existing user it doesn't get anything, even in spam.
 
I must be missing a step somewhere but I can't find where...
I'd love to have your answer or guide, thanks in advance!

Have you checked your configuration with the data provided by your supplier? Have you checked your mail server? There may be filters that prevent the departure of your emails... Do the users have a well-informed email? Is there a problem in the logs? of projeQtOr? of the browser?
