[SOLVED] export to pdf nothing appears only unclear symbols

When I export the list of Status to PDF, only new Status entered in another language (Arabic) nothing appears only unclear symbols!

I changed the font to freesans (for non ANSI Characters), nothing appears just symbol inside box.

for example:
Some names have been entered on the resources screen
real name: عصام الذبحاني
user name: OsamDabhani
default profile: Project Member
IS a user: yes

real name: عبدالسلام الاثوري
user name: aathori
default profile: Project Member
IS a user: yes

When exporting the list of resources to a PDF file, only the real name field displays symbols inside boxes but the other of the fields are ok,
Or export to CSV, the field of real name displays(ط¹ط¨ط¯ط§ظ„ط³ظ„ط§ظ… ط§ظ„ط§ط«ظˆط±ظٹ).
