Hello everybody,
Regularly, in the processing tab, resolution field,

All information, text + image of the field are not saved correctly when we used this on in full screen mode. Especially in the case where there is a lot of data.

Hi,
Which version? Do you have any particular plugins? do you have any log errors? console log errors?
Can you tell me if there is a particular procedure that will produce the error?

Hi,
Version : 11.2.2
Plugins : Translate, template export, screen personalization
Nothing in the logs

More details,
We are on the "ticket processing tab" in focus on the results field in full screen mode.
Then we carry out significant text entry with many screenshots.
When I exit full screen, I have a white screen and no further action possible.
I wait but nothing happened, still the white screen.
Only solution, refresh the page and I lose everything I have done.

I have no errors, only a white screen.

Hello,
We've carried out lots of tests and we won't reproduce your problem.
To view console log errors: F12 any console log errors?
Can you try to reproduce your problem on  Demo ?

This could be caused by an add-on on the browser.
Try another browser without an add-on.

I had encountered a similar problem in the past.
