I get an error in the console when using ro was created by fxandrei
So when i switch to RO language, i get this in the console:
failed to evaluate i18n bundle; url=../tool/i18n/nls/ro/lang.js SyntaxError: Unexpected number
    at eval (eval at load (projeqtorDojo.js:2:683271), <anonymous>:3:345)
    at Object.load (projeqtorDojo.js:2:683770)
    at dojo.js:2:104914
    at _18b (dojo.js:2:37950)
    at _189 (dojo.js:2:37642)
    at resolve.callback (dojo.js:2:38707)
    at _18b (dojo.js:2:38250)
    at _189 (dojo.js:2:37642)
    at resolve.callback (dojo.js:2:38707)
    at dojo.js:2:107632

Also, if i hit F5 it reverts back to English, and i need to go back in the user parameters and change it again to RO.

It's same problem,
Look in your ro/lang.js file to see if on the 3rd line there isn't 10.3.0: "".if present remove it
Don't forget to refresh your cache
