Authentification Projeqtor avec durcissement Active Directory

Bonjour,

Je souhaite durcir la sécurité de mon Active Directory Windows Serveur. Cela passe par entre autre le chiffrement LDAP et le fait de mettre les admins du domaine dans l'OU "Protect User". Or quand je fais cela, Projeqtor n'arrive plus à contacter mon AD:
Le chiffrement LDAP met le message d'erreur authentification renforced required 
L'admin du domaine dans Protect User met le message Invalid Credential
La version de Projqtor V12.2.3

Sorry, i write in english. I use authentification Projeqtor with my active directory and I would like to secure it.
For this, i must to activate ldap signing and put my domain admin in the group "Protect User".. But if i done that, authentication projeqtor doesn'y work.
Ldap signing and Pojeqtor say: Error authentification renforced
Domain admin in Protect User and Pojeqtor say: Invalid Credential

It's for up security about my AD.
LDAP Signing, it's authentification reforced for all connexion
Protect User: it's reserved for admin of domain and disable NTLM for work in full Kerberos. (Maybe i can user classic user in LDAP Information in Projeqtor)
