Issues caused by Ticket 636. Automatic Status change when time entered on Activity Status Recorded

The Activity has a Status of Recorded

When Real Work is allocated to this Activity it will change its Status from Recorded to the first Status handled by the user's workflow

This is causing problems as the first Status handled by our user's workflow is Cancelled.
Only certain users have the rights to move a Recorded Activity to Assigned.

Solution
1) allow a parameter to be set to display or not to display an Activity when it is in a Recorded Status on the Real Work Allocation screen
2) allow a parameter to be set to allow or disallow the automatic Status change from occurring
2.1 if it is to be allowed then warn the user what Status the Activity will be changed to before the update occurs
2.2 if it is disallowed then leave the Status as it is, namely, Recorded

both of these parameters would be useful
