I have setup Projeqtor v4.5.4 with customers who create new activities, but may not assign resources to activities. However, when copying activities they may choose to copy also assigned resources to the new activity, and so indirectly assign resources to the new activity. I suggest that copying of resources should not be possible when the user does not have the access right to assign resources.
When activities are copied and the copying of assignments is checked, the responsible is entered twice in the list of assignments in the copy.

You are completely right.

This is probably due to parameter "auto set responsible if single resource", and you may have only 1 resource on your project.
