I could be nice to see meeting, decisions and questions in the planning.

Your request seem to me strange, the planning is done to follow activity regarding plan
the meeting and decision is done to record some important notice.

Perhapse you want to add link activity with some decision or meeting, is it this?

Ok, perhaps I don't know how to do with actual version

For us, a meeting is
- a project -> ok
- date ->ok
- quote, answeras, files, etc -> ok
- attendees, must prevent by mail -> todo
- internal attendees, cost time and money -> we can plan an activities, and move resource allocation
- internal attendees, take personnal car/plan/hostel to go to the meeting -> we can register financial

So all seems good, but need link beetween meeting/activities/financial for reporting
