Provider bill : get the project name from provider term was created by jmmbb
Hello,

from provider term, we can easily create provider bill but, when using the "+" button in provider bill,
 
project is not set as term's project.
 

Automaticaly set this value will be easy and get a good help.

The "Add new" on list works the same way everywhere : if you select a project in the selector, it will be the project of new item.
if not project is selected, it is the first one that will be the project (dafault value)

I understand, but comming from provider order will mean that project is already fixed, even if there is no project selected in selector.
So, using data already known instead of setting it (with error risk) is a good behavior.
