Hi,

how is it possible to say to the system that a user is not working on wednesday afternoon for example?
In consequence, we are not able to give himwork on that period.

HI,

To take into account the half days, you must go through the screen " absences" or " timesheet" and fill half a day as day off.

HI Damian,

I know ! we work on full day that why you have just to spent one and half minute to fill all the wednesdays of the year ...;-) that s the only way. It s done quicker through the screen "absence"

Hi,
Ok but how to proceed as i do not want to have an impact on my employee holliday counter? The objective is just to avoid having tasks planned on that particular half-day which is weekly
