I am testing "projeqtor" for a few month and I think it is a good project management tools.
I have a question.
In my company we sell support hours to our customers.
This hours are decreased when the customer phone us. We would like to plan this support hours for the whole year.
Presently we create a Projet name "Support" and in that project, an activity that we call, for example "40 hours support". Our goal is to integrate this support hours in our employee workload. Our goal is to have an estimation of our employee workload that integrates those support hours.
What is the best way to do that in projeqor?
HI,
There is not best way. Projeqtor follows the way you want to work.
You can use special mode of planification for an activity to take into account the planned workload as recurent day by day of weeks or regular beetween two dates.
Or, You can use tickets linked to an activity defined as "planninga ctivity" , workload on ticket will decrement workload already planed on this activity.
Anyway, i am not sure to have understood your need, please let us know.
