whenever we chose the Closed option of a project or activity, they are no longer shown in the project/activity screen (even if I ask the show the closed elements).
Is this the normal behaviour?
The only way I can return to an element like these is by the timesheet of a resource that worked on it and choosing the element in question.
This creates some troubles 'cos sometimes we need to recover information from a closed project and it's not easy to retrieve it.
I think I found in which situation this happens : when I filter the projects I want to see, the closed sub-projects are not visible, but if I chose "All projects" filter, I can see them..
Example :
P1
P2 is sub-project of P1
A1 is an activity of P2
If P2 is closed, A1 is closed too.
If I restrain my scope to P1, I can't see P2 or A1, but if I choose "Project : All Projects", I can see them.
From P1 you are able to see P2, from P2 you are able to see P1( allocuted on twice)
From P2 you are not able to see P1 (if you are not allocuted on P1)
From all projects you are able to see P1 and P2 ( allocuted on twice)
after some tests on my side I realised the problem is that I have to "Enter on Archive Mode" to get access to all the closed Projects.
I didn't see this option before.
