I'd like to understand the concept of the leave period:
Knowing that it's january, 19th and I created a Contract CDI with the classic reglemented leave period in France, how can I get this :
It means that the start date is the beggining of the using period for the days acquired until the day before.
The first line is from an employee arrived the 01/01/2021, so it seems logic that he gets only 15days until may, 31st 2021 that he can use between 01/06/2021 and 31/05/2022. The second one arrived in july, so the count seems right also.
Is my assumption correct?
Why some older employees don't have the rights for the period 01/06/2021-31/05/2022? Will they be created th june, 1st? And since then how can they make their demands? In anticipation? So the left quantity will be negative?
For someone that is in the company for almost 10 years, I get this:
I can't understand why his rights for the period 01/06/2021-31/05/2022 (in acquisition) don't appear and what is the meaning of the values in the last column.
Can you help me understand all of this, please?
