I'm wondering if there is a simple way to look for a set of word within a set elements (tickets, meeting, activities, actions, ...)

E.g. looking for all elements containing on one of their field the words "qualification stage 1"

How can I perform this actions?

Hello,you can go on screen global view and  filter by element :
 

and seconly filter with quick search :
