We are in version 9.2.2 , we used in the very old version do report programming , In our menu , in the reports section we do not see the clock the we used to click on  that permits to program the reports sending by email , please can you help ? 
is there any parameter ton configure or how to do it in the new versions oris it a browerser problem .
this what we see

You must give the use access rights to screen "Planned reports" (in section "tools") to allow him to add reports.

In fact you should...
 

Maybe you did not activate corresponding modules or email sending in not correctly redined (as planned reports are send by mail, if mailing parameters are not defined you cannot plan reports).
