I need to export all projects I have registered in ProjeQtOr (v8.2.4) to another ProjeQtOr instance (v9.1.5).
I have already explored the import of data in csv format but this option requires to import each item at a time (projects, activities, tickets, etc.) and won't work for attachments, notes, dependencies,...
Is there any other way to export all information related to a project from a ProjeQtor instance to another ProjeQtor instance?

If you cannot copy the entire database, the only solution is :
- export project to MS-Project format (it will provide an XML File)
- import this file with the plugin "Import Project" that can import a project in MS-Projectg XML Format
Please note that you won't be able to retreive "all the data" from the project, such as requirements, tickets, risks, ...
But you'll be able to retreive all the data that MS-Project can manage : activities with full description, complete WBS structure, dependencies, assignements, ...

Since the new ProjeQtOr instance to which we want to merge the data was not starting from scratch, we opted to import the data through csv files.
We were able to successfully export the csv files to the new ProjeQtOr instance but a strange thing happened to the projects that had an id number in the older ProjeQtOr instance that matched an id number of projects in the new instance:
some projects that had the same id number already assigned in the new instance were not exported at all
and others that had the same id were actually exported but replaced parts of the information in the projects with the same id registered in the new instance.
Let me try to explain this last point better: a project in the older instance that had an id number of 15 was exported and occupied the same place as another project with the same id in the new instance. Nonetheless, it replaced the name of the project in the new instance but kept parts of the information of the project that was already registered in the new instance.
What we find odd is why ProjeQtor behaved in two distinct ways when the same id project was found in the final instance (not exporting at all or replacing bits of information).
Although we have our question on exporting sorted out we felt important sharing this issue in case this is important.
Rule for import is : if id is set on csv file and object exists with this id, data in the csv replace exisiting, othewise, new item is created
Now, import may be rejected because of some constraints : workflow constraint, mandatory fields not set, access rights for importing user...
Partial import may be due to :
incorrect name of column : header of column is displayd in italic on result page
user don't have rights to see this data : so won't update it
