Developping a Plugin

Hi,

I am a student doing an Apprenticeship at a french company. We use Projeqtor as our project management system and as a internal project I have been assigned to create and develop a custom view of the planning for each resource interface. I am lookingfor your advice on the developpement of the project. Because we try to keep Projeqtor updated, if I modify the solution's main code everything could be lost after updationg Projeqtor to a new version. That's why I am looking to develop a Plugin that could be able to bring in the custom changes we want and still be able to update Projeqtor.

Do you have any advice on how should I proceed with this project? Are there any other options than a plugin?

Regarding the developement of the plugin I have been looking for examples but I havent been able to download any of the free plugins on the projeqtor site.

So the other strategy I envisioned was to look directly at the source code in order to see how the plugins are integrated but I am stil doubtfull of how they work. That is why I was wondering if you could point me to a certain Projeqtor documentation or if you have any advise on how should I proceed.
