When i look into planning or repport i dont realy understand how pool work cause in pool "montage", i've got 2 people 
but in repport "disponibility" the pool seems 100% free !

see doc next.

Have you planned the pool on at least one activity? and then recalculated your project ?

no cause i don't really manage to use pool ... since more than 2 years, we ask people : don't use pool :) !

i just do it for test and see that pool time is changing but contributor time is not moving ?
( they are only 2 on this pool .. ) so when i put 100h to pool it should impact availlibily of this two peoples ?

With 100% you mean that resource is fully available into this pool by day. Will she be planified on this task among resources of this pool, this day or another one, could be the real aim your are looking for...reading the Gantt once calculated or reports...
