Is there a way to make batch modifications ? was created by froutier
Hi,

I have a bunch of old activities and meetings that I want to close. Some have remaining work, some don't.
I would like to select all activities and meeting older than say 01/01/2025, if there is work left, set it to zero, and close them.
I do it manually, but I have a lot of them...

Is this possible ?

You nedd twxo operation :
1) set left work to zero on assignment : left work is not defined on actiivity, but on assignement
2) close activities

For both operations you can use multiple updates

I can't apply mutli-selection. Shift+click open a new Firefox Window (and Crtl+Click a new Tab). I must be missing something...
