Hi,
- I defined a project PP
- I defined directory structure linked to PP.

When i create an document in project XX, I can select all directories defined for project PP. Is it normal?

Yes, it is designed this way.
The project of directory is only a helper to defined default project for documents in this folder. It's not a blocker.

Would it be difficult to filter?
=> uploading only directories with no project links (general) and directories linked to a project when creating a document for the given project?

Not difficult to filter, but could be a regression for some users as it would bring a non existing restriction.
