[SOLVED] History for Activities and Tickets

Is there anyway a History section could be displayed for Activities and Tickets. What we are experiencing is that we receive an email when something has occurred on an activity, but after deleting the email and going back to the activity, it doesn't really tell us who modified, who validated it, who verified it. We only get an email.

It would be great if it would also show in a History section what occurred to the Activity / Ticket and the date & Time it was modified and by who etc.

Let me know if there is solution or maybe I have set it up incorrectly.

This could be something that could easily be automatically entered into the notes section for reference.

I am using the version 4.5.5

on User Params : Display History is to Yes

but I don't see history of tickets unless I go to Settings : turn it to Off : then save, then tuen it to Yes again and save and then when return to tickets I see History.

Is this a known bug ?

Can't wait to see the Version 5 up & Running on our server
