Unable to configure emailing

First of all thanks for providing the excellent solution for project management.

I am having an issue as I am unable to configure emailing in this tool. I am getting the following error message

Hi Team,

We have installed this tool on solaris server and configured SMTP server on linux server.
How to configure emailing so that emails can be sent.
Please tell if any other details are required.
