[SOLVED] Approval process

Approval process was created by louisc
Hello,

I'm currently evaluating Projeqtor as a tool to manage a R&D team.
Looking at the possibilities of the tool, I would like to get some precisions about the approval process.
For example for the documents, In the documentation, it is specified that when all approvers have approved the document, it is considered as approved.
In fact, I would like to define a list of potential approvers, and that the document gets approved as soon as at least 1 approver has approved the document. This will be needed to avoid latency in projects, when more than 1 person can approve a document, and all the potential approvers are potentially not working simultaneously.
Is there a way to get OR instead of AND in the list of approvers ?
More generally, is it possible when there is need of an appoval to pass a step in the project to define more than 1 approver ? Ex. would be that a manager can approve a document/milestone/step instead of someone else if it has the rights to do it (for example during holidays, etc.).

Thanks for your answer !

It is not possible to have only 1 approver validate the version.
All must approved.
It is just designed this way.
Now, it's not impossible to define a parameter on document to indicated if valiadation is "on first approved" or "on all approved".

The approval system only exists for document versions.
All other "right based" workflow are base on profile, not on single resource.

Ok

This would be the solution. How to do that ?

Ok, I still have some work to do on Projeqtor to get a good idea of how everything works (still 75 pages to read on the manual !)
