I'm evaluating this interesting tool and have following problem:
As admin I added a user with profile "project member".
I created a project where I added this user under Affectations with the profile "project leader".
As much as I understood the manual, the user should now be able to create sub projects and activities for this special project.
So I logged in as this user. If I go to "Follow-up -> Planing", select the project and use "Create a new item" two different things happen:
* Creating a project: Message "You don't have rights to access this Project." appears.
* Creating an activity: The menu for the new activity appears, but all fields are grayed out, so no input is possible. Also the buttons for saving, ... are disabled.
* Creating a project: Message "You don't have rights to access this Project." appears.
This is a known limitation.
When you create a project, as long as the project itself is not defined, only default profile is taken into account to give creation rights.
It will be an improvement to give possiblity to create sub-project, forcing project list (for is-sub-project-of) to list of projects the user has rights to create projects.

This is a real issue. Origin is same as above : as long as project is not defined, it is not possible to give rights to create...
An improvement will be brought. Ticket #1903 recorded.
As a workaround, you should work the other way round : give as default profile the profile that will give more rights (Project Leader) and affect as project member on projects where user is only a project member.
