Planning "as late as possible" was created by ingsebastian
Hello!
I need to plan an activity "as late as possible". I've entered the "validated end date" and the "validated duration" (10 days) of the activity.
After planning, the "planed duration" becomes 1 day. Is this correct? I need the 10 days duration.

Also, as posted here:
www.projeqtor.org/fr/kunena/5-ask-questions/2857-planning#2860
it would be nice to link the "end date" with a milestone.

You need to define some assigned work.
ProjeQtOr is work driven...
Only planning mode that does not require assigned work is "fixed duration"
