Change datatype from textfield to textarea was created by sagar.toshniwal
In v5.4.2, I see that "External Reference" field is a text field. I want to know how I can change this to a textarea. Also how can I control width/ height of the textarea?

You need Screen Customization plugin. Then you can extend size of field over 100 characters and no more than 4000. This field will then automatically be displayed as TextArea.

Also how can I control width/ height of the textarea?
