in first I'm sorry for my bad english
my problem is: some responsable of activirty do not folow their tasks on projeQtor (n'ont pas fait les mises à jour à temps) and when dates of end is passed , all the teem (manager and sponsor) can't move status of project and activity .
how must they do (que faut il faire pour debloquer la situation)

Constraint on status change is due to workflow definition.
Try and change your workflows so that for instance project manager can always change status.

workflow is definied and affected correctly
but the problem is occured only when date of end is passed

There is no treatment that would have impact depending on end date passed or not.

Check access rights.
Sponsor has no default rights to update a project.
All depends on PRofile of connected user.
