Is it possible to see Meetings in the Diary was created by naceur.ayachi@tsi.com.tn
Hi,
We introduce Meetings through Steering - Meetings
We go to Follow Up - Diary and wolud like to see meetings in the Diary but don't see it.
Is there a configuration to do to make this happen?

Hi,
To see meetings in diary you should to calculate activities in the planning screen.
It works if you add attendees on your meeting.

Thank you but
- I did not ask to see the meeting in the Planning (Menu Follow Up - Planning)
- I asked to see it in the Diary (Menu Follow Up - Diary)

To see meeting on diary you need to calculate planning before .

I may complete Krowry's answer.

In the Diary view, you can see two kinds of items :
- non plannable items (Tickets, Actions, ...) : they are displayed for responsible on due date.
- plannable items (Activities, Meetings, ...) : they are displayed on every date having some planned work for selected resource.
