email configuration and "email invitation"

Hello,

I am willing to use the "meeting" tool to manage meetings (sounds great!)
So the "email invitation" function is needed.
When I organise a meeting, I do set a responsible user:


But every invitation is sent with the "email configuration" parameters:


So when a "invited user" answers, the answer is never known by the responsible "user".
Am I loosing a point or is it a limitation from ProjeQtor?
In that cas, I don't see the point of sending invitation if the "reponsible" (akka Organizer) of the meeting cannot be reached by the answer to the email.. It makes you just need to send a "normal" invitation through the corporate email system.

Since my projeQtor is in production, I may wait for the 6.4.X version to be stable before upgrading.
So How do you usually proceed with the email invitations function?
