Same date updated in planned start & end date placeholder

IN GENERAL, the validated start and end dates are not necessarily the start and end dates of your project. These dates are those that can serve as a baseline in agreement with your client. Well, of course, you can find these dates validated once you have validated the planning of your project as such. Generally it is easy to start planning on the day of the validated date using the function presented in the attachment. The art of planning is to match the desired date (validated) end with all the resources at your disposal and constraints known before the beginning date (and with luck without undergoing any modification during the advance of your project…)
 So ,the planned dates will be those calculated by the algorithm according to the data you want:
1 / The resource (s) concerned by your project (allocationt rate) their daily capacity rate (activity assignment rate per day) and their working capacity by day (FTP = 1 = 1 full time)
2 / Priority modes and therefore planning between projects and / or activities
3 / And finally the estimated workload in man / day for each resource on each activity.

IN YOUR SPECIAL CASE, i think you have to create an activity linked to this project and then qualified it as above. Dates will be modified.

Assign some work for DEEP as resource on the activity "requirement gathering". It not possible to get a progression of 100 % on a task without any work. Then calcul the planning and impute this work into his time sheet as done.
