I created an empty mail with just a subject (tried different ones) and one word as body.

I tested creation of tickets by emails, and all went fine.
Could you please send a test email to Cette adresse e-mail est protégée contre les robots spammeurs. Vous devez activer le JavaScript pour la visualiser. so that I can check format of your email ?

Hi,

We found the issue.
The integration of reply to emails in Input Mailbox added a constraint to treat only mails from known sender, whatever the option in the Input Mailbox definition.
This is fixed and will be deployed on V9.5.4

just upgraded to V9.5.4 and now tickets by seem to work again..
