Unable to access Resource, Client, Contact, Teams view as administrator

Hello,
We migrate our instance to the latest version (10.2.1) and I cannot access the Resource, Client, Contact and Team views anymore. All access are granted to Administrator in the Access view. What went wrong?

We migrate from version 10.0.6 to 10.2.1.

We migrate the code by replacing the existing code with the new version, as explained in the documentation. We do not have other errors in other log...

Every thing is checked in that screen for Administrator role. Also, I do not see an option for Resource, Contact, Client, etc.

Is it possible that the visibility was unchecked and therefore, I'm am unable to see them there?

Also, for the "Hack" message, the user has Administrator rights... and I can see the search button...
