I have just a new problem to, I can't record a new ticket, Projector answer error contact your admin, show in log files...

what's wrong ?

It seems you "manually" deleted tickets in the database.

I should write it in golden letters : never manually update database !!!
We build a framework to manage data, let it do the work.

I don't understand, I do not delete ticket manually in data base ? I just do a verification and optimized with PHPMYADMIN but no delete

On PHPMYADMIN, you have fonction to select table and to "optimized" and "verify" table.
