Project Template - Plug in and problms uploading of created templates and use

Hi

I have checked on the formum and can not find an answer to this question. Thanks for the advise which I have used to resolve some of the issues.

However in Demo - I am trying to the ability to run a new template to extract data into Excel, to meet some of report requirements we have been asked for.

I have copied a template which worked, added a title and created a new template file. Which I can upload, in the left hand template.

However after this I have a number of problems.
a. If I try and select Browse and upload image for template I get the error message below.
b. The uploaded template is not in the available template files list.
c. When in the description section, if you try and select the template file I uploaded it is not in the list to enable it to be select.

Please see attached file for screen shots of problems, test done. Your help would be appreciated as I can see the data could be in ProjeQtOr which they wish to have reported on for projects. But not how to do this is serval ways different plant managers and IT manager want.

I have tried again to add the attachment which I thought worked but obviously did not to my first posting of this issue.

I can not add images (sniped) to the forum other than via an attachment so hopefully you have it now.

I have tried again, and selected browes button on the left hand side, selected the template I created and it appears at the top of the list box of template but does not appear in the list when I scroll down the list. Can not see any an arrow to add it to the list being available?

If you can not see the attachment still, let us know.

Sorry I can not load an image into this reply, so I have attached another file to the orgial post, with screen shots trying to clearly show the problem.

If I could select the template I had created and upload from the available templates list I would, however the template does not appear in the available templates list to select !!,

It shows above the list of available templates box, never in it. Can NOT FIND A WAY TO GET MY TEMPLATE INTO THE AVAILABLE TEMPLATES LIST TO SELECT.

I hope this clarifies the issue I have.
