The advantages of a column: "Last Update" on the list of projects and activities:

- For project managers and other users to quickly view the latest updates in order to gain temp. When there are tens or hundreds of lines, tracking becomes difficult.
- Alert managers and other stakeholders. After several days, if any element of a project is updated, it can be a sign of a problem (managing an offshore team).
- Allow to go straight to the point by looking at the details of the latest elements updated if necessary

The column "Last Update" is very useful and can be applied in two contexts (at least):

- When entering the time (imputations)
- When changing the% of the progress of activities / projects

Contexts:
Each member of the project team has access to the timesheet showing all the activities on which it was planned.
It is for each actor, at a frequency of update defined by the project managers, to update the actual time spent on each activity (relative to scheduled times) and then submit the timesheet to his manager.

This information "last update" allows the manager to detect "omissions" or "problems" and thus realize the risks of delay (in a single glance on the view "Today").
