Hello Sir/Madam, I have a problem with sending an email from projeqtor. When projeqtor sends me an email for the creation of a new ticket I receive it in duplicate. Do you have an idea of the parameter that should be changed to avoid this? Do you have any idea where this problem might come from?

could you check in your user parameter-> automation -> emailing -> not receive own emails

Hi,

There was an issue on that point.
When same user was target for several reasons (for instance submitter and repsonsible) he received email twice.
But this is fixed on V8.5.5 (If I remember well).
Please migrate to latest stable release.
