Hello. I have 2 questions
1) how to put projeqtor (with my data) on another station (poste2).
2) how do I get from post1 to connect to projeqtor on post2.

I don't have "put online / offline" in the wamp parameters

I did not find easy to understand assistance on this topic. thank you

Copy code and DB to new station

2) how do I get from post1 to connect to projeqtor on post2.

Post2 must be a web server, with fiw IP, reachable from Post1 (apache configuration adapted, ports open on firewall, no blocking on proxy)
How to do this is out of scope of this forum.

Thank you so much. It works. but the French accents do not pass. I try several solutions. Which one do you recommend?

It is an encoding issue.
Possibly your target server is not in same encoding than source.
UTF-8 is expected.
You can also convert dump file using notepad++
