Hello, I could'nt see the video, but I guess your problem may relate to :

Hi thanks you for your feed back
My OS is MacOS but problem is the same on Windows
My navigator is Chrome and Safari (same problem with the two) and same problem with Windows and chrome
I think my problem is the same of the other chanel.
No problem for send other element or if i can help ... don't hesite
