please I would like to know ; the existing indice de valeur performance  and indicateur de performance en nombre graphs in the report are corresponding to what performance  parameters in the project ( delay , charge , .......) as there is no precision about the definition of theses two parameters.

It is the respect of the estimated work.
Indicator = real work / estimated work (for finished items)

It just indicated number of items finished for the corresponding period.
Because a good indicateur for only 1 ticket dies not proove regularity.

Yes.
In fact exactly I means items with "done" checkbox checked. But as defaut configuration automatically checks it on status doen, yes you're right
