It seems to me that you should read the manual carefully, especially the parts: graphical user interface, common section and planning which will allow you to have the basics of ProjeQtOr for the creation of your planning.

Otherwise to answer your question:

You create your project
You allocate your resources to the project
You create your activity in your project
You assign the resource to the activity
You assign 5 work days to this resource.

Activities are created in the "as soon as possible" mode, so immediately. You then have several options to block this activity at a later date:

- Use a fixed milestone - fill in the milestone date and link the activity to this milestone with an end-start dependency. The activity will then be placed at the level of this milestone
or
- use the planning mode "does not start before the validated date" on this activity in the Progress> management section and enter the date on which the activity must start.

I hope that answers your question.
Good continuation

Sorry I don't think I explained myself well.

Let's imagine that the resource is already alocated to the project and activity, now what I'm trying to do is the resource x will be occopied on the 05/02/2021, 08/02/2021, 09/02/2021 (future days), and on reports-planning-Colored monthly resource planning, the calendar of the resouce x will have the grey square planned market for future work.

Our company updated the projeQtor version to 9.04 now I've got the option to mark future work, but when I go to planend interventions it shows the following:

"To display selectable activities, define activities in 'manual' planning mode" What do I have to do in order to show the activities for me to select?

"To display selectable activities, define activities in 'manual' planning mode" What do I have to do in order to show the activities for me to select?

Do exactly whet is explained in the message : select the activity you want to plan manually, and change its planning mode to "manual planning" (then save)
